Refund & Return policy
Our refund and return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refund
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will email you to let you know that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your return is approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 14 business days.
Late or missing payment?
If you have not yet received a refund, please check your bank account again first.
Please contact your credit card company, it may take a while before your refund is officially credited. Then contact your bank.
There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and still haven’t received your refund, please contact us at info@guivage.com.
sale
Only regular priced items are refundable. Sale items cannot be returned.
exchange
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you want to exchange it for the same item (for example a different size), please send us an email to info@guivage.com.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift certificate for the value of your return. Once the returned item has been received, a gift certificate will be emailed to you.
If the item was not marked as a gift when it was purchased, or if the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will learn about your return.
Dispatch
To return your goods, please use the return form (or digital) that you receive with your order.
You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are not refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of the return will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you’re returning relatively expensive items, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
