- Contact Guivage customer service at info@guivage.com to request a Return Authorization (RA) number.
- Package the product securely, including all original packaging and documentation.
- Clearly mark the RA number on the outside of the package.

3.2. Upon receiving the returned product, Guivage will inspect it to ensure compliance with the eligibility criteria. If the return is approved, a refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5 business days.

4.1. To initiate an exchange, please follow the return process outlined in Section 3 above and indicate your desire for an exchange when contacting customer service for the RA number.
4.2. Once the returned product is received and inspected, Guivage will process the exchange and ship the replacement product to you.
**5. Return Shipping Costs**
5.1. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on the part of Guivage (e.g., wrong item shipped, defective product).
